With over 3 million Americans suffering from Celiac disease, an autoimmune disease that causes stomach cramps, diarrhea, bloating, skin rashes, and other allergic symptoms after consuming gluten, it seems feasible to jump on the gluten-free train.

Not only that, approximately 18 million Americans are gluten sensitive; therefore, they can exhibit similar allergic symptoms as those with Celiac disease. I predict more people will be getting aboard the gluten-free train.

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) allows you to buy fresh produce grown locally by regional farmers.  Operating with the help of a community, CSA offers membership to get a “share” of vegetables from a regional farmer. In other words, you pay to help the farmer produce the vegetables. In turn, you get vegetables delivered to a drop-off location in your neighborhood.
