Even if personality tests might give managers  details regarding person`s personality traits, we should separate personality from aptitude. If companies are willing to use this kind of inventory at the workplace, it`s crucial to ensure that you have accessed both personality and aptitude assessments. Never will a good result  at a personality test will guarantee a success at the future job, since their aptitude for the specific job is not taken into consideration.  So, in order to make a good evaluation, both should be taken into consideration.
